Miracle Mile Beauty offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item you have purchased! We will gladly accept all returns if contacted within the 7 day window period. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless WE have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defected in some way. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If an item which was ordered under our "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. We cannot accept returns of Wigs, Hair Brushes, Hair Accessories ,Hair Brush Irons, Make-up, opened/used eyelashes, Hair Color Products, Hair Processing Products or Women's Personal Massagers. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If a package is returned to us stamped refused there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to the credit.

Any order cancelled by the customer prior to processing will be deleted from our system without any charge. Should an order be cancelled by the customer after it has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the parcel at his expense or refusing delivery. Upon receipt back to our warehouse, the merchandise cost on the refused or returned parcel will be refunded to the customer's credit card less the original shipping cost.

The shipping charges displayed below and upon checkout for International Orders is an estimate (95% accurate) and may be adjusted only on heavier or large package orders as sometimes the postal service adds additional charges for these packages. In such case we will contact you before shipping your items.
